wouldn’t it be better to eat high quality foods like fruits grass fed beef etc , so you can eat more and still burn fat? your body utilizes energy much more efficiently from high quality foods as opposed to trash low quality foods
These are cool to show you don’t always have to be strict to lose weight or build muscle. Because I do get tired of eating healthier meals. But you’re right about eating better foods for your goals.
